THE social housing section of County Durham firm The Esh Group expects to become the fastest growing construction firm in the region next year.
Dunelm Property Services, formed in summer last year, has projected turnover figures for next year of about £15m.
Contracts worth more than £43m have been secured so far and the company is working on eight sites around the region.
Dunelm Property Services' key focus is to provide refurbished and new-build affordable housing throughout the region.
