PEOPLE can have another say on draft plans for the development of Redcar's Coatham Enclosure.
The plans for revitalising the 35-acre site and turning it into a visitor attraction, including a swimming pool and a housing scheme, will be on display at the Central Library until December 15.
The views of the public were considered for Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council's development brief, which the preferred developer, Persimmon Homes, used to develop their proposals.
The project is expected to create more than £45m of private sector investment.
The council's member for economic development, Vera Moody, said: "The public can play a very important part in helping the council make a decision on whether to move into a legally-binding agreement with Persimmon - and help Persimmon in drawing up its final, detailed scheme."
Assistant director of regeneration services Peter Ellis said: "The most favourable time-scale would be a decision on whether to enter into a legal agreement early next year, a planning application submitted by mid-2004 and a possible start on site construction works in early-mid 2005."
