A CHARITY fundraising event held in memory of a 16-year-old girl has raised more than £1,800 for charity.
The event, at Chilton and Windlestone Working Men's Club, was a tribute to Sarah Temple, who died in a road accident in June on the A167 at Newton Aycliffe.
The money raised will be split between Cruise, which helps bereaved people, and Changing Faces, which supports people with disfigurements
