A SEMINAR tackling knock-on effects for property developers of the biggest reform of the current planning system will be held in the North-East next Tuesday.
Following the introduction of a new planning bill to Parliament, the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Bill, a series of one-day seminars are being held around the UK to examine the effects of the reforms on property professionals.
Simon Murray, regional chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, said: "The seminars will be vital to professionals working in the fields of planning, development, property consultancy and regeneration."
