Crook Individual League: The inaugural Championship was clinched in the final frame of the two hundred and forty matches when David Craggs completed a whitewash victory over Adam Martin when Martin came up dry on the break and Craggs cleared up.

Craggs went into the final night needing four points from the six at stake but things were made very tense when Johnny Mason played some brilliant pool to take the first two of their match to give himself third place but leave Craggs on the hill. However Craggs settled to take the third frame and set up the nail-biter against Martin.

Darren Tinkler scuppered Neil Campbell's hopes of finishing in the top four when he won all three frame, thus allowing David Haygarth to finish in fourth place. The pay out for the first event was David Craggs £192, Michael Burke £131, Johnny Mason £87 and David Haygarth £67 with all participants receiving one pound for each frame won.

Results: Adam Martin 2 Lee Scott 1; Darren Tinkler 2 Neil Campbell 1; Johnny Mason 2 David Craggs 1; Les Scott 2 Stephen Burke 1; Les Scott 2 Lee Scott 1; Adam Martin 0 David Craggs 3.
