East Durham Cadets Under-12s kept up their 100 per cent record on Saturday with two more wins to make it 12 out of 12 so far, beating Newcastle A 4-1 and Consett Blackfyne 3-0.
Boldon suffered their first defeat in the Under-16s, losing 8-0 to Darlington Spraire Lasses for whom it was their first win after three defeats.
Newcastle maintained their three-point lead over Middlesbrough in the Under-10s, beating North Shields 7-0 and Lumley 2-1.
