AN exhibition by textile artist Polly Binns opened on Saturday at Harrogate's Mercer Art Gallery.
Called surfacing, it traces the development of Polly Binns' work during a 30-year career.
Ms Binns' favourite subject is landscape. She uses a variety of media, working principally with textiles, but also with ceramics, paint and digital media.
The exhibition will include Landmark, a work of stitched and painted panels which covers an entire wall.
The exhibition runs at the gallery, in Swan Road, until January 18, next year.
