MEDIA group Chrysalis saw further growth in its radio division as it reported a 46.8 per cent rise in profits to £15.5m.
Chrysalis said the division had an "excellent year", with revenues climbing 14 per cent to £56.1m.
It added that its acquisition of London's two LBC stations in September last year had given the division the number two London radio sales spot, with 22.8 million listening hours, equating to 18.7 per cent of the commercial market in the capital.
Overall pre-tax profits came in at £23.9m for the year.
