Eastbourne Comprehensive School's choir have been recording a compact disc.
They recorded a mixture of popular and religious music with the help of a professional agency. The songs will be included on a compact disc that pupils can buy for Christmas. The aim is to sell enough copies of the compact disc to cover the costs of recording. The school's head of music, Alec Jackson, said he was delighted that the choir had achieved such a high standard.
"The pupils have had a real buzz from producing the CD. We are hoping that it will be popular and that many more people will hear just how polished a performance they give," he said.
