TV STARS Alex and Dominic Beebe swapped the studio for the supermarket this weekend, to help with a sponsored bag packing.
The 16-year-old twins, who play Adam and Luke in the hit BBC show Byker Grove, joined other members of Chester-le-Street Theatre Group's junior section, to pack shoppers' bags at the Iceland stores in the Arnison Centre, Pity Me, near Chester-le-Street.
The event was to raise cash for the group's pantomime of Ali Baba and the 40 Thieves, starring the Beebe brothers as Fatima Kebab and El Scorpio. The production runs at Park View Community Theatre, Chester-le-Street, from Tuesday, November 25, until Saturday, November 29, at 7.15pm.
To book tickets for the pantomime please telephone (0191) 388 8524.
