RESIDENTS are being asked to pass judgement on the performance of their council.
Sixteen-page questionnaires are being delivered to 2,500 randomly selected homes across the East Cleveland area.
Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council said it is carrying out the major consultation exercise to discover what people think of its services.
Compiled by market researchers Mori, the document covers rubbish collection, recycling, crime and anti-social behaviour, public transport information, recreational activities and contacting the council.
Residents will be reminded next month about the importance of filling in the questionnaire, with a closing date and further reminder in December before a final call in January.
