POLICE are looking for a gang of youths who fled the scene after crashing a car which then burst into flames.
It happened on the junction of Normanby Road and Bevanlee Road in South Bank at 8.30pm on Friday.
A grey Ford Fiesta XR2 left the road after colliding with a stationery silver Rover 416.
A number of youths got out of the car and ran off. A fire had started in the car and it was completely destroyed.
Police believe the offenders may have suffered minor cuts on their heads during the impact.
