CEREAL markets remained very volatile but have recovered after last week's sharp falls. The general view is that supplies will remain tight across Europe for the rest of the season but recent falls should be taken as an indication of what external factors can do to our market. Oilseed markets have generally been weaker on the back of profit taking on US markets and an oversupply of oilseed rape oil in Europe.
