WORK by local artists is being displayed at the new offices of Sedgefield Primary Care Trust.
When the trust moved into its headquarters at Merrington House, on the Electrolux site, in Spennymoor, it was realised that artwork was needed for the plain walls.
The work on display is provided by Art Loan, a scheme that offers local businesses the chance to borrow artwork and display it without charge.
The artwork is produced by people with disabilities who attend County Durham Care's services, with the aim of selling them.
The scheme is based at the new Pace shop in the Thames Centre, Newton Aycliffe, which provides a gallery and workshop space for service users, local artists and the community.
Pace has provided about 20 artworks for the trust.
For information about the scheme call Brian Foster, at Pace, on (01325) 314356.
