Willington Ladies League: Willington Club B moved 14 points clear at the top of the darts section after they completed the fourth whitewash victory in the league to date with the visiting Willington Cottles B being the sufferers.
This was the second maximum for the Club side, with the other maximums coming from Willington Burn and Willington Black Horse A.
Willington Club A are in second place following their three points victory at Willington Lion and Unicorn, whilst Sunnybrow Brown Trout eight points behind following their odd point home win over Willington Black Horse A.
Willington Burn still lead the dominoes section by two points despite being beaten by the odd point at Willington Black Horse B. Willington Cottles A are in second place, one point ahead of Willington Market.

Auckland Area League
The big shock of the season in the pool section came at Old Shildon where the visiting West Auckland never dropped a point to move up to share top spot with Cockton Hill, whose match against Evenwood was postponed. Old Shildon were pushed down to third place. West's winners were John Richardson, John Wyman, Brian Denham and Chris Kitch.
In the darts section West Auckland whitewashed their hosts at Old Shildon to move eleven points clear at the top. The visiting winners were Robert Douthwaite, John Denham, Brian Denham and Chris Kitch with the maximum completed with a win in the team game.
Horndale's victory at Eldon Lane moved them above their hosts into second spot in the darts table. Kevin Weldon was the only Eldon winner, whilst Horndale had wins from Barry Shippen, Jeff Bowran and Shaun Musgrave to add to the team game.
Old Shildon went four points clear at the top of the dominoes with a maximum win over the visiting West Auckland. The home winners were Alan Hobson, Alan Bell, John Collingwood and Keith Gittens.
Eldon Lane took over the top position in the whist by beating the former leaders, Horndale, who managed to retain the lead in the fives and three section.
