Stanley Royal continued to show the way with an 11-0 victory over Felling Mulberry and that after being three up at the break.
Mark McGee went on to score four goals, there was two from Mark Patterson and others from David Hagan, Graham Kendal, Alan Todd, Gary Johnson and Allan Todd.
Pelton Crown Inn were up against Stanley RAFA and it ended all square.
Yet it looked all too easy as the Crown built up a 2-0 interval lead with two goals from man of the match Stephen Cameron. The RAFA were transformed after the break and two goals from David Watson earned them a share of the points.
Pelton Fell are finally showing some form as they emphasised with a with a 5-1 win over Stanley Masons Arms SC. The Fell saw both Danny Bankhead and Ricky Stanton scored twice along with Jason Stogden with Lee Pinder replying.
Low Fell Jolly Miller came a cropper against South Moor Sports at home, losing 6-3 to keep the Moor up at the top as they chase league honours.
Low Fell scored through Scott Dodds, Mark Stevenson, and Steve Richardson while the South Moor scorers were four-goal Rhys Tomlinson and a David Craig double.
Gateshead Black Bull played host to Washington Oasis who recorded their first league victory with a 6-3 win. Dean Robson and Chris Millen scored two each along with Ross Fryer and Mark Wallis with Anthony Brewis and Chris McGee on target for the Bull.
