NORTH-EAST storyteller Chris Bostock will tell tales this weekend as part of an exhibition of work and legends from Finland.
Families are being invited to bring their children for storytelling sessions at the National Glass Centre, in Sunderland, while they enjoy a glass of Finnish Glogg and gingerbread in the Glass Gallery. Finnish glassware will also be on sale.
The works are by Finnish craftsman Tapio Wirkkala, and the stories aim to capture the spirit and nature of his homeland and traditions.
The sessions last 30 minutes and will be held at 11am, noon, 2pm and 3pm on Saturdays, December 13 and 20.
