SECONDARY school youngsters in Hartlepool are today taking part in a consultation exercise.
The Manor Technology College pupils will take part in an interactive question and answer session in a bid to help Cleveland Police Authority record the views and concerns of young people in relation to matters of crime and public order.
The authority is running consultation exercises so its policing plan can reflect the public's needs and wishes.
This year, interactive equipment is being used for the first time.
Questions appear on screens at the touch of a button and so do the answers, then all the information is collated and analysed.
The consultation involves people of all ages and backgrounds, and the police authority is looking for more groups and organisations that can take part in the programme
