IRISH pop star Ronan Keating gave a one-off live performance for an invited audience in the North-East last night.
The former member of boy band Boyzone has been presenting his own exclusive Sunday afternoon show, Turn It On, for radio. It is a mix of his favourite music and artists that have influenced him over the years, with anecdotes and stories from him.
To celebrate the launch of his album, Turn It On, released last month, the singer performed the one-off stage performance at Foundation nightclub, in Melbourne Street, Newcastle, last night.
The live set was for Century FM listeners and invited guests including former Newcastle United and Sunderland captain Bobby Moncur.
Others invited included Newcastle United striker Alan Shearer and team-mate Shay Given, along with Sunderland manager Mick McCarthy.
