Nearly 50 Christmas trees were on display in a Spennymoor church at the weekend.
St Paul's held a Christmas tree festival with 47 trees brought from Raby Castle.
The trees were decorated with a different theme reflecting religion, hobbies or interests. A marriage tree was decorated with silver and gold bells and photographs of couples who had been married in the church.
There was also a baptism tree and several were sponsored by local companies. Visitors were charged £1.50 to see the display. The proceeds will be divided between the Great North Air Ambulance service and the church.
