TWO graduates have paid tribute to an inspirational lecturer after achieving an academic prize awarded in his name.
The Steve Baldwin Memorial Prize is given in memory of the psychology lecturer, who died in the Selby train crash of February 2001.
Catherine Nixon, from Guisborough, east Cleveland, and Suzanne Day, from Hartlepool, were both students of Mr Baldwin during their first year at Teesside University.
Ms Day said: " He was inspirational, and knew how to hold an audience's attention."
