A RAMBLERS' group has taken a step in the right direction to help rescue workers.
Teesside group the Rambling Roses presented the Cleveland Search and Rescue Team with a £415 cheque.
The money was raised through a 50p fee donated each time the ramblers set out for a walk.
They raised the money after losing their way on a hike, only to be set on the right track by search and rescue team member Richard Oldham, who stumbled across them while out walking.
