A LIFE coach with extensive experience in education, training and personal development will reveal the secret of making resolutions last beyond New Year's Day.

Felicity Breet will be at Clayport Library, in Durham City, on Saturday, January 10 to show how it is done.

As well as talking about life coaching and goal setting, she will offer advice on how to make resolutions that are most likely to be kept.

Ms Breet was born in County Durham and has worked in several countries including Cameroon, China, Nigeria and the Solomon Islands.

Now based in Durham City, her coaching specialities include restart training for those who feel their lives have stalled, and help for the over-50s with an emphasis on identifying goals for the future.

Her talk at the library starts at 2pm. Tickets cost £2 and are available from the library on 0191-386 4003.
