HOUSE BURGLed: Thieves stole a computer, two television sets and ornaments from a home in Mary Court, Darlington, at the weekend. The raiders forced a window between midnight on Friday and 5pm on Sunday.
JEWELLERY THEFT: Jewellery worth £450 was stolen from a flat in a sheltered housing complex in Tom Raine Court, Darlington, between 11am and 2pm on Sunday. Taken were a white gold and diamond engagement ring and a man's solid white gold chain.
SHED RAID: Power tools, including a masonry drill and bits, were stolen from a shed in Fulthorpe Avenue, Darlington, on Sunday.
CAR THEFTS: A blue Ford Mondeo, registration K154 TCU, was stolen from North Road, Darlington, early on Sunday. A C- registered Ford Orion was stolen from the same area between Friday and Sunday.
FLAT BURGLED: A digital camera, compact disc and cordless drill were stolen from a flat in Greenbank Road, Darlington, between 2pm and 8.30pm on Sunday.
HOUSE RAID: Burglars stole a DVD player and 20 DVDs from a home in Dickinson Street, Darlington, between noon and 1.30pm on Sunday.
VEHICLE DAMAGED: Vandals smashed the windscreen of a Citroen car parked in Shildon Street, Darlington, between 6am and 7.10am on Sunday.
ATTEMPTED BREAK-IN: Burglars tried but failed to break into a shop in Brinkburn Road by putting a brick through the window between 2.15am and 2.20am yesterday.
