Forty-eight goals were scored in five matches.
Top of the list being shared between the Big W 3 v 10 Cleveland Inn and Gables Manders 11 v 2 SIFC matches while Boosbeck St Aidens and Iceland shared nine goals. Also, there eight goals at Redcar Glazing's match with D&E Locksmiths and another five between Jack & Jill and John Davey Ltd.
SIFC struggled to turn out a team and Gables Manders were ruthless, scoring at will. Craig Farnaby with four, Stephen Halpin (3), David Whitfield two and one each for Steve Wilson and Jon Irvine.
Cleveland Inn scored in bursts. Big W scored first through Stuart Ingham then Cleveland Inn hit four. Aaron Thompson got a second for Big W then Cleveland Inn scored four more. Thompson scored Big W's third then Cleveland Inn hit double figures. Ray Ngigi hit three. Ray Woodhouse and John Morrison, two each and one each for Cabral Euclidas, Craig Bishop and Alan Graham.
Boosbeck St Aidens let a 4-2 lead slip for Iceland to nick the game five goals to four. For Boosbeck Dave Breckon scored three and laid one on for Aaron Johnson while Iceland had man of the match Tom Connolly to thank for a pair while Phil Hunter, Steve Owens and Paul Muthana chipped in with a goal each.
Redcar Glazing and D&E Locksmiths shared eight goals. A result being of no use to either team in the present cup format. Peter Manton put Glazing ahead only for Karl Lilley to level. Gavin Hanratty restored Glazings lead then D&E hit three on the trot to lead 4-2. Craig Bell scored twice and Stephen Gordon direct from a corner. Second period saw Manton and Hanratty get their seconds to tie the contest.
Jack & Jill could not hold John Davey Ltd. who are on a roll. Gary Fagan put John Davey on their way then Chris Peacock converted a penalty. Wayne Crockett raised Jack & Jill's hopes but when Chris McGill chipped the keeper their heads dropped and Peter Hall rounded off the scoring.
