The Ormesby Junior Table Tennis Club meets every Saturday morning at the Club's new headquarters at the Sports Hall of the former St. Anthony's School (now the Middlesbrough Teaching and Learning Centre) on Cargo Fleet Lane, Middlesbrough, between 10am and noon.
Boys and girls between the ages of seven and 15, beginners or experienced players, are welcome to come and take part in basic training, matches in the Ormesby Junior League as well as some fun games.
The cost per session is £2 each and equipment is provided. A new session for juniors at the club commences tomorrow.
For the over 50s, the Ormesby Table Tennis Club is starting a Thursday morning seniors session for men and women, again, of all abilities, from 10am until noon.
It commences on Thursday, January 16 and the session will include practice and match play and the £2.50 fee will include the use of equipment and a cup of tea in the club's new cafe.
