Spennymoor will include new striker Justin Perry for today's home game with Harrogate Town. Manager Tony Lee has signed North-East born Perry from League of Wales side TNS.
Lee said: "We need some cover up front because of the injury to Steve Preen. Hopefully, Justin will help us pick up some points, because we need to make up ground."
Lee has also re-signed utility man Steve Hutt, a former Hartlepool player, but midfielder Jon Cullen has left the club for the third time.
Striker Chris I'Anson will be missing because of a broken nose, but defender Christian Hanson returns to the side.
The club are looking for a new sponsor and hope to place portable cabins on the ground for various uses following the fire which gutted the clubhouse a fortnight ago.
Bishop Auckland, who haven't played for a fortnight, have a tough game in the First Division at leaders Matlock. Bishops' last game was the 4-0 win at Gateshead on Boxing Day, and manager Brian Honour said: "It's going to be a difficult game, but if we can play like we did at Gateshead and string a few wins together, then we've still got every chance of getting promotion."
Midfielder Nicky Scaife has served just one game of a three match ban, while full back Chris Mason is playing for Darlington youth team. Brian Ross returns.
The last surviving North-East club in the FA Trophy, Blyth, are at home to Barrow.
