A JUNIOR golf team has landed a sponsorship deal with a local car dealer.
The Simon Bailes dealership has provided Romanby Golf Club Juniors, near Northallerton, North Yorkshire, with more than £2,000 to spend on golf shirts.
The junior section, which has 80 members, has played in the Harrogate Union for two years and is seventh in the league.
Simon Bailes, managing director of the dealership, said: "The sponsorship will allow the team members to develop their talent whilst team-building and other skills.
"I also hope they will have lots of fun."
