HEADSTONE WAIT: Monumental masons working in Great Ayton are to be asked to wait six months before erecting headstones on graves. The parish council has also announced that new headstones will be inspected to ensure they are safe.

SALE DAYS: A table-top sale in aid of Saltburn in Bloom will be held at Saltburn Community Centre, on Saturday, from 10am until 4pm. A second sale will be held at the same venue and times on the following Saturday in aid of Saltburn Community Festival.
