BOXING world champions past and present will be in the North-East next week.
Ricky Hatton, holder of the WBU light-welterweight world title, will be the guest of honour at a sporting evening in Consett, County Durham.
The main speaker at the event will be former British, Commonwealth and European light-heavyweight champion John Conte.
The event has been organised by Gary McCrory, owner of Booker Amateur Boxing Club, Catchgate, near Stanley.
"This is a smashing occasion for Derwentside and a chance for people to see some of the world's biggest boxing names," he said.
Other sporting stars attending include Newcastle United striker Michael Chopra and players from Newcastle Falcons rugby club.
Tickets are £38 each or £380 for a table of ten - and there are only ten places left.
The event takes place on Wednesday, at 7pm, in Consett Civic Hall. Admission includes a five-course dinner, a comedian and seven amateur boxing bouts.
