A YOUTH charity is looking for more volunteers due to the popularity of one of its projects.
Thirsk Clock Youth Caf and Community Centre helps young people and the community in many areas, including life skills and IT.
The trustees particularly need someone with accounting experience to be a treasurer.
The caf opened in September, initially for two nights a week, and about 45 young people are attending on a regular basis.
Its success has led to expansion plans, including more daytime opening and community classes being made more widely available.
A spokesperson for the charity said: "The success of the Clock has been far better than predicted, and the availability of this facility was long overdue in Thirsk, as our very high attendance proves."
