SORTING out other people's problems may not appeal to everyone - but Lynn Ingledew, pictured, would not have it any other way.
The 24-year-old, from Hartlepool, works as a customer service representative in the Vodafone department of Garlands Call Centre in her home town. She is working on a Customer Service Foundation Modern Apprenticeship and has been named as a Champion Modern Apprentice by the Learning and Skills Council Tees Valley.
Ms Ingledew handles customer calls and inquiries, and investigates complaints.
She said: "I love the really unusual requests some customers call in with - something that I really have to look into or get my teeth into. That is brilliant - I love dealing with something different every day."
