Investment company Noble and Co has completed a £4m sale and leaseback deal on the Fox Cover Industrial Estate.
The company has arranged for a syndicate to buy the sale and lease back of a timber production facility on the estate in Dawdon, County Durham.
The 41,208sqft property, built by Robertson Property, is currently occupied by Robertson Timber Body.
Patrick Booth-Clibborn of Noble & Co said: "This is the 14th Enterprise Zone transaction we have been involved in.
"We are delighted to be back in the market, and will have a new property team in place early in the New Year.
"We look forward to continuing to explore opportunities in the Enterprise Zone and completing more transactions."
