Wensleydale Title holders Bedale, who were without a fixture in Division One, have 134 points from 13 matches with just two defeats.
Second-placed Wensleydale are now on 131 points, have lost three matches and played a game more than Bedale.
The Wensleydale victory over Harlow was achieved with the following scorelines:
(Wensleydale names first): Keith Parlour lost to Tom Ellis 9-7 4-9 3-9 1-9; Nick Brown beat Nigel Chambers 9-3 9-4 9-7; Robert Dent beat Rob Cunningham 4-9 9-6 5-9 9-3 9-1.
Harrogate Squash II who won their club's internal battle beating Harrogate Squash first team 3-0 are third on 125 points and have played the same number of matches as Bedale.
Martin Wickenden, Nicola Pratt and Steve Ross were winners for Harrogate Squash II, but all by 3-2 margins.
Meanwhile Thirsk's 3-0 away win at Pateley Bridge means the Nidderdale side are relegated to Division Two.
