CHILDREN at a Darlington school enjoyed a day of activities designed to encourage healthy living.
The annual health day at Hurworth School Computing and Maths College was open to year eight pupils.
There were several activities, as well as a healthy cooking demonstration, Indian head massage workshop, a yoga workshop and a fitness class.
Community police visited the school to talk about the dangers of drugs, which sparked a lively debate among those taking part.
Cycling instructors also held a road safety workshop, tested bicycles and offered a cycling course in the yard school.
