Redheugh strengthened their grip on the leadership with a double figure victory at bottom of the table Consett Badgers.
The Reds dominated throughout and romped to a 14 -2 success as the goals particularly from Richard Brodie and Tony Thirkell who between them scored ten times.
Brodie rifled six goals and Thirkell claimed four while Aiden Atkinson and Chris Wilson each bagged a brace of goals.
Consett Badgers are still pointless after 12 attempts but throughout the season they have won warm praise from opponents for their dedication and commitment.
At a time when Saturday Junior football is not so popular, all credit to Consett for completing their fixtures.
