A YOUTH appeared in court yesterday charged with breaching his interim anti-social behaviour order.
Last month Stephen Sparrow, 18, of Keithlands Avenue, Stockton, was made the subject of the order which prohibited him from entering Elm Tree Avenue between Mosston Road and Melton Road. He was also prohibited from entering Lowick Close and Marham Square, Meldrum Square and St Mark's Primary School, all Stockton.
It also orders him not to behave in a manner which could cause harassment, alarm and distress.
But he appeared before Teesside magistrates yesterday after allegedly shouting abuse at two women in the Elm Tree area on February 29 and March 1.
He was remanded in custody until April 1.
