Bishop Auckland manager Brian Honour says there is a "massive" six weeks ahead for his team.
Having already reached the Durham Challenge Cup final on Easter Monday, Honour now has a top 13 spot in his sights.
"First and foremost, it is imperative that we win promotion," he said. "We clawed our way into the top 13 on Monday when we beat Gateshead, and now we must aim to stay there.
"By winning on Monday we got the disappointment of losing in the league cup out of our system."
Midfielder Steve Salvin is missing today because of a knee injury.
Bishops are also launching a new all-white kit in time for their Challenge Cup final.
In the Premier Division, Spennymoor face Stalybridge at the Brewery Field.
Moors lost at home last Saturday against Southport, and manager Tony Lee said: "We've got some of the best young players in the area in our team, but we need somebody to finish all the chances we're creating."
Tommy Raw, signed from Scarborough, will get his chance in the forward line, but midfielder Jon Cullen is missing.
Whitby have problems for their home game with Vauxhall Motors, with several players missing, so manager Harry Dunn is hoping to make at least one new signing.
* Stokesley's involvement in the Sunderland Shipowners' Cup tie at Whitehaven will lengthen their backlog of Wearside League fixtures. With Birtley Town and North Shields nine points ahead further success today by the leaders would make Stokesley's task even harder. David Grainge is their only doubt today.
North Shields entertain Gateshead Reserves without Michael Kelly and striker Paul Blakey, but Anthony Robson is available again.
Darlington RA manager David Woodcock said his side performed well last week at Boldon but the chances missed proved costly.
"We have nine games left and all we have to play for is our pride. A good run is what we need to finish well," said Woodcock.
There a fitness doubts about midfield player Gary Hornsby for today's game with Jarrow, a side RA beat 7-0 earlier in the season.
New Marske, after their surprise defeat in the North Riding County Cup semi-final, will make changes for the visit of Wolviston.
Their opponents also produced a dismal display last week and Wolviston hope to redeem themselves. Utility player Ian Perry will miss several weeks after again fracturing a cheek bone.
Skipper Kieron White returns along with central defender Gareth Murphy. Another plus for Wolviston is that central midfielder Simon Colligan is also likely to return after a short spell at Spennymoor United.
Barnard Castle Glaxo and Ferryhill are involved in a basement battle. Midfielder John William is suspended and Ross Murray is not available for Glaxo.
Ferryhill hope that Jason Catterell is fit to resume, but Lee Jewett is injured.
Birtley Town expect to be strengthened for the visit of Harton and Westoe. Kevin Murphy, Wayne Booth and Anthony Lynch should all resume after injury.
