A company priding itself in all things English has made its stock market debut.
Quintessentially English was set up as a cash shell to acquire businesses specialising in teaching the English language at home and abroad.
The company is hoping to buy companies such as schools teaching English as a foreign language and operations training staff to work in call centres.
