A TEENAGER is due to be sentenced next month after admitting eight counts of indecent assault against a male aged under 16
The 17-year-old from County Durham, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared at Teesside Crown Court yesterday where he denied two charges of rape against a 16-year-old male. He also denied two charges of indecent assault against a male aged under 16.
The charges relate to a period between September 1, 2001, and October 2, 2003.
Shaun Dodds, prosecuting said the pleas were acceptable and the charges which had been denied could be left on file.
The teenager was granted unconditional bail by Judge Peter Fox and told to return to court on April 30
