A RADIO station is to conduct a live broadcast from a Ferryhill school today.
Radio Cleveland presenter Mark Turnbull will be at Ferryhill Business and Enterprise College for his lunchtime show, which will be on air from noon to 2pm.
Among the guests will be Ferryhill Town Council executive officer Jamie Corrigan and Mayor Doreen Greenwell.
Mr Turnbull will also be chatting to the headteacher Steve Gater and students.
Mr Gater said: "He is going to be talking about what life is like at Ferryhill Business and Enterprise College and people's impressions of the town and the area.
"I hope that he's going to talk about the regeneration of the area and the college's contribution to that. I expect he will highlight some of the good things that are happening in the community.
