A MAN has been jailed for drug dealing in East Cleveland.
Kevin King, 25, of Errington Garth, Marske, was sentenced to three years at Teesside Crown Court, on March 18, for supplying heroin in the Marske area.
This follows other lengthy sentences handed out to other heroin dealers in the Marske area.
Jason Blunkett, 33, of Vicarage Drive, Marske, was jailed for five years. Michael Haggerty, 23, of Riftswood Drive, Marske, was jailed for three years, and 23-year-old Louise Caswell, also of Riftswood Drive, was sentenced to three years in prison for supplying heroin in the Marske area.
DS Mick Knapper of Langbaurgh drugs unit said: "The message is clear to those intent on dealing drugs. You will be caught and you will go to jail.
"People are urged to continue to provide us with any information they can about drug dealing in the area." Anyone with information can call the confidential phone line on (0800) 0929702.
