The teams had qualified from the Northern finals in November.
The boys' team from Belmont Primary finished second, the year eight boys' team from Laurence Jackson finished third and both the boys and girls teams from Prior Pursglove College finished in second place.
Teacher Les Thomson, from Laurence Jackson, said: "We are very pleased. It's the first time that Laurence Jackson and Belmont Primary have taken part. Prior Pursglove went last year and their girls were champions.
"All three schools are over the moon, especially with it being a national competition. They are looking forward to taking part next year.
