JAZZ fans filled a North-East venue on Friday to hear tunes from two bands.
The event, featuring Highstreet Anywhere and the Cherie Gears Quintet, was organised by The Northern Echo's music website, Revolution.
All tickets had been reserved before the doors opened for Revolution's second sell-out Platform show, at Darlington Arts Centre.
Durham jazz group Highstreet Anywhere began the evening.
The second set featured the Cherie Gears Jazz Quintet, and saw 17-year-old singer Cherie perform classics including Let Their Be Love, Stormy Weather, and Ain't Misbehaving.
The concert was presented by TFM radio host Cara Paterson and sponsored by The Forum Music Centre and streetwear store Fourth Chamber.
