A BUS company is investigating after complaints about the reliability of three of its services.
The Harrogate and District company is looking at service frequencies on two Harrogate-Knaresborough routes and the Harrogate-Leeds via Wetherby service.
A spokesman for the company said they were aware of "a number of reliability concerns" which needed further examination.
He said: "Our work will be designed specifically to identify solutions to these issues."
The company also hopes to look at ways of encouraging more people to use the bus.
The company, which operates in the Ripon, Harrogate, Leeds, Wetherby and Knaresborough areas, gained a Bus Operator of the Year Award in 2002.
It decided to carry out survey and research work on the routes following responses from a survey of passengers.
The company has just completed introduction of 12 twin-deck luxury vehicles on its flagship Ripon-Leeds-Harrogate service bringing what the firm describes as "airline travel" comforts for passengers on its key commuter route.
