Willington League: Willington Club moved to the top of the table after winning their penultimate match at Willington Brewer's Droop by the odd point.
However they only lead the table by one point with joint second placed Willington Lion and Unicorn having a match in hand. Byers Green Royal Oak share the second place but have only one match remaining, whilst Hunwick Joiners Arms are a further point adrift but have completed their programme.
The Brewer's Droop only took one singles point when Billy Wragg won, whilst the visiting Willington Club had singles points from Bobby Jackson, Scott Little, Tommy Liddle and Michael Irwin. However the home side fought back to take both doubles points through Jimmy Fleming with Billy Wragg and Steve Smith with John Ferens.

Tow Law League
Colin Armstrong and Alan Henderson of Tow Law Dan's Castle won the League Doubles Championship played at Tow Law Rose and Crown when they beat Malcolm Boughey and Alan Ogilvie of Tow Law Station in the final.
The quarter finals results were Michael Bell and Ray Weir (Tow Law New Market) lost to Malcolm Boughey and Alan Ogilvie (Tow Law Station); Barry Sims and Pat Elliott (Hamilton Row Black Horse) beat Chris Ellis and John Robinson (Hamilton Row Black Horse); Terry Taylor and Ivor Childs (Tow Law New Market) beat Bill Goodall and Goff Bramfit (Tow Law New Market); Colin Armstrong and Alan Henderson (Tow Law Dan's Castle) beat Rob Day and Graeme Thompson (Newhouse Club).
In the semi-finals Boughey and Ogilvie beat Sims and Elliott, whilst Armstrong and Henderson beat Taylor and Childs.
Crook League
Willington Brewer's Droop moved back to share third place after they won by the odd point in the re-arranged match at Howden Australian. The Aussie had singles wins from Stephen Hall and Michael Hall with Liz and Stephen Hall adding the doubles, whilst the Brewer's went to victory with singles wins from Billy Wragg, Vince Conaty, Tommy Liddle and Dave Gallagher.
Crook Belle Vue lead the First Division by seven points with Crook Travellers Rest B one ahead of Crook Mill House, but the Belle Vue Club have played an extra match. Crook Queen's Head A and Crook Coach and Horses B share the lead in the Second Division with an eight points advantage over Willington Brewer's Droop and Crook Jelly's Bar A, although the Coach B have played an extra match.
The race for the Captain's League title sees Crook Royal Sun in first place with 13 points.
