Nine Richmond Dales swimmers qualified to swim in the last of the Age group Championships in 23 events. All nine swimmers recorded personnel best times in their events.
Jacob Attwood swam well all weekend and was rewarded with a Silver in the 200m Freestyle.
In his favourite stroke Joseph Potts won both the 100m and 200m Butterfly and now has times for the Nationals to be held in August at Sheffield.
Sam Sanderson swam well in the 200m Breaststroke and was narrowly beaten into second place by a Stockton swimmer who had to break the competition record to beat Sam. In the 4x1 Individual Medley Sam broke the competition record to take the gold, he also finished second in the 100m Freestyle and third in the 100m Butterfly.
Rebecca Henderson again swam well in all her swims finishing with two silver and two bronze medals
Ryan Bishop swam a PB in the 50m Breaststroke and was given the same time as the eighth and ninth swimmer but was placed ninth by the judges so missed out on a place in the final.
