MIDDLESBROUGH street wardens have organised a family fun day to raise funds for the Daniel Woodhouse Appeal.
The event takes place a week on Saturday, in Stewart Park, from 10am until 4pm.
There will be rides, bouncy castles, swinging boats and slides. For the more adventurous, there is paintballing, a mini-assault course, obstacle course, beat-the-goalie and a basketball challenge. There will also be displays and stands by organisations including Cleveland Fire Brigade, the Ambulance Service, Cleveland Police and the Army.
Daniel, 15, from Stainton, Teesside, has Morquio's syndrome, a genetic disorder affecting his growth and mobility.
