A company has announced a programme of expansion that will create at least five jobs.
Moorsfresh, in Pickering, North Yorkshire, markets and distributes local produce to businesses, shops, restaurants and pubs all over the country.
The company is expanding by opening two depots in Melmerby and Doncaster.
The venture, which was launched in March last year, has 11 staff and five vehicles and distributes produce including eggs, cheeses, beer bread and fresh meats from 55 suppliers in North Yorkshire.
Nigel Brotherton, managing director of Moorsfresh, said: "We are growing our customer base, suppliers and turnover by 15 per cent each month and we need two more depots to ensure we have the best coverage of the Yorkshire region."
