A SALTBURN artist has brought his artwork to Kirkleatham Museum, Redcar, in an exhibition called Putting to Sea and Related Works.
Michael Wright, who works in two and three dimensions, as well as photography, painting and printmaking, created the work last year. He said: "The evolution of these paintings and drawings is inextricably connected to the coastal landscape of North Yorkshire during the exceptional summer of 2003.
"I strive to create works that prompt us to pause, reflect and consider the world in which we live and our relationship with and our response to it."
The exhibition runs until June 6.
